The Sonny games, my god, it really has been ten years, hasn't it? When I found Sonny 1, I had a blast going through the story, trying out the different classes, and figuring out what I preferred in strategy. When Sonny 2 came out, I found out in a store selling computers, when I used one to pass the time. I came here, to Newgrounds and on the homepage under new games, there it was. Sonny 2.

I was excited to play it, to go home and use the desktop to choose one of the new classes, to further the story, and to beat the shit outta d-bags.

It's kinda surreal looking back and saying, "It's been ten years."

But it's a good feeling and I will always appreciate these games.

The Epic Battle Fantasy games... Funny how I can just look back on EBF3 and see it as nostalgic as the first two, maybe moreso. I took to it for the increased freedom and control the player is offered over things like difficulty, the ability to grind and explore for weapons and items, as well as hidden secrets and Trophy rooms.
EBF1 and 2 are fun as well, and I had my fair share of time spent on them as well, but I'll always remember EBF3 as my go-to for a fun time.

God, I was such a little ass back in the early 2010s.
These games have and continue to be fond memories of mine these days and I always will love the silhouette aesthetic and music.

These games have been nostalgic for several years and I always look back on them fondly for the puzzles and combat.

I apologize so much for 2011 me being such a brat! DX
I clearly didn't get a puzzle back then and lashed out.

I remember playing this game years ago and getting pissy with it, but trying to get through it regardless. I was kinda petty back then, but now I can just appreciate it for what a fun short burst this was.

This game was an amazing play, somewhat tedious at times, but it was overall fun. oming back to it was a good time, and I'm happy to have found this.

I appreciate the thought of a soundboard featuring Power Rangers theme songs, but the songs sound like they came straight from one of those Gameboy Advanced TV show cartridges, where things are bitcrushed.

Atlas responds:

Your description of how the songs sound is I think 105% accurate. Also thanks for appreciating it, even though it is garbage.

I'm legitimately shocked. When I play a game and die multiple times in the same room, I usually rage or cuss or quit, but THIS!!! I didn't feel anger, I just felt downright overjoyed when I managed to clear a particularly difficult room. Five stars from me, for you, my friend.

I love this game, really I do. The only truly difficult thing was beating the Green Knight.
